We have classes to fit every need.

Because we all learn differently we have classes to fit age groups and ranks. 

Tiny Tigers
Classes for our youngest members ages 3 to 6.  These classes 30 minute classes are perfect for the young learners.  Material is taught utilizing a lot of fun activities that the "Tigers" absolutely LOVE!.  Focus of the class by the instructors will be to teach the basics of body movement and set up positions of Taekwondo.  But that is not all.  We help them learn important skills that are be necessary for their future success in life as well. 





Karate for Kids
These classes are fun and energetic for kids ages 6-12.  The classes are open for adult family members as well, so parents can attend with their kids.  The classes are taught with kids learning behaviors in mind and we use methodologies that will enhance the way they learn.  Classes are fast moving and high energy.  Instructors emphasize and reinforce positive behaviors with students and they recieve special recognition for displaying those behaviors.  Every student is special to us and receives instruction specific to his/her needs.  Every student is encouraged to improve, whether they are a beginning student or a Black Belt preparing for their nest rank.  Every students progress is tracked, so we can help them achieve their next rank.

Teens and Adults
Adults learn differently.  So we teach to this group differently.  Many of our adults tell us that the main reason they started martial arts was to get physical exercise, gain conditioning and flexibility in fun and exciting way.  Our classes welcome adults at all levels of physical shape and learning self defense is a great additional benefit.   All the adult are very supportive of each other and we work together in a fun social environment.
